We are not accepting online applications this year. All applicants will need to download the application form using the link above and return the application form (along with proof of age, fees list, teacher volunteer form and check) to:

Please read the Competition Information and Regulations page here before submitting an application.

Please note: Programs will run between 10:00 am and 5:30 pm. Please make these hours available. 

When providing proof of age, you may choose to either mail a copy of the birth certificate along with the application forms or send it by email. The email should be addressed to iepianofestival@gmail.com with the subject line as the students First & Last name, and a picture or scan of the birth certificate attached for age-verification purposes. All scans will be stored securely with Google Drive, and are HIPPA-compliant. The records will be securely destroyed the day after the competition.

Teachers:

Please mail all applications by December 13, 2024. Please use one check or Zelle payment to cover the teacher's fee and non-refundable application fees for each student as follows:

Teacher's Fee: $20 for 1-5 entries; $30 for 6-10 entries; $40 for 11-15 entries: $50 for more than 15 entries.

Application Fees:

Solo Division I - II  $30;  III - VI  $40

Duet Division I  $50; II - III  $60

Concerto Division I  $70
